With the rapid growth of chips in the electronic semiconductor industry, the requirements for the tracking of chip information are more demanding. The chip sorting equipment of an enterprise company uses a robot to load the material to the sorting equipment, and the chip information in all trays is entered into the database through the code scanning mechanism and then sorted. Because the chip QR code has undergone a number of processes before entering the code scanning process, it is difficult to ensure consistency, so the code reading rate is not high, resulting in a lot of unreadable chips every day, which requires a lot of manual processing. At the same time, because the daily sorting quantity is huge, but the equipment can only read one code at a time, the work efficiency cannot be guaranteed, and if there is a two-dimensional code that cannot be read, the location information also needs to be given, so the function of high-speed group reading needs to be realized. However, high-speed group reading requires multiple barcode readers to realize field of view splicing, because there are too many types of pallets, the script function needs to be edited to realize the output of barcode reading results at the corresponding position, and the installation space is limited, and the external light source cannot be loaded, so the improvement is very difficult.

The optimized workflow is as follows: a stack of trays with chips is placed into the sorting trough by a robot, and the dispatching software switches the output format segments corresponding to the four barcode readers according to the tray type; Four barcode readers on the kinematics receive the trigger signal and simultaneously read the first line of chip code; After the reading is completed, the four readers return the reading results and status of their respective sub-regions; Then the motion device moves the fixed step to read the next line of code; Until the reading of all rows of this tray is completed, the manipulator removes the tray that has been read, and the motion device descends to a fixed height to read the next layer of tray; Repeat until you have read the entire stack of trays.
