Checker 4G series vision sensors

     

The Checker 4G series vision sensors offer unmatched performance and flexibility to handle even the toughest applications. Setup for the Checker 4G series is equally powerful and simple. Key features of Checker include remote setup and monitoring over Ethernet networks, PLC communication over Ethernet /IP and PROFINET, and saving images of each inspection to an FTP server. Like all other Checker vision sensors, the 4G series integrates camera, processor, lighting, optics, and I/O components in an industrial IP67 housing, and is small enough to fit in tight Spaces.

(1)Checker 4G7C

Making it easier than ever to verify product color. Simply click Checker 4G7C's color software tool to intelligently select the desired color to verify. The Checker 4G7C also features industrial protocol-compliant Ethernet support for inspection speeds of up to 800 workpieces per minute.

(2)Checker 4G7

High resolution (752x480) inspection with industrial protocol Ethernet support, high brightness white LED lighting, can detect and check small parts and part characteristics, * 800 more parts per minute. Checker 4G7 also offers integrated color lighting and PLC communication.

(3)Checker 4G7X

Three key functions are integrated into one device. With Checker 4G7X, production managers can simultaneously check the part for the presence of features as well as its size and location. In addition, the Checker 4G7X seamlessly integrates with your plant network to communicate with PLCS, and comes with integrated color lighting and filters, making it the most powerful Checker vision sensor to date.

(4)Checker 4G1

High-speed inspection at standard resolution, suitable for fast production lines processing 6,000 workpieces per minute, with industrial protocol Ethernet support and high-brightness white LED lighting. Checker 4G1 offers integrated color lighting and PLC communication.
