System principle:

The character appearance detection system can automatically measure whether the characters on each mobile phone shell are wiredrawn, shifted, inked, missing and other bad characters. When the mobile phone shell reaches the measurement position, PLC sends "test signal", the industrial computer instructions the camera to capture the mobile phone shell character image, Detect and analyze, send the detection result OK or NG to the PLC, and through the PLC sorting.

Performance index:

Detection content: character drawing, shift, ink, missing, etc.;

Field of view size: maximum 250mm×150mm, changing the lens can change the size of the measured product;

Detection accuracy: 0.08mm~0.10mm, with the increase of the field of view, the accuracy will decrease;

Detection speed: 60 PCS/min.

This system can be widely used in character defect detection on printed surface.
