MORITEX Industrial Lens

MORITEX lenses

Chengdu Xiwang Technology Co., Ltd., as the agent for SCHOTT in the southwestern region, represents Moritex's telecentric machine microscope lenses (MMLTM). These compact and lightweight lenses, compatible with the C interface, deliver high-resolution, high-contrast images for nearly all imaging applications. The MML series is widely used for component recognition, automated visual inspections, wire bonding machine alignment, and pick-and-place machines.

The Importance of Telecentric Lenses:

A telecentric lens is a type of lens that maintains a constant field of view for objects. This effect is achieved by keeping multiple light paths parallel to each other. Telecentricity is crucial for machine vision applications where accurate positioning and measurement with minimal perspective error and distortion are required. In such applications, parts being inspected may have variations in position. Telecentric lenses can maintain magnification and field of view for objects as long as the parts remain within the lens's depth of field. Moritex's fixed magnification MML series uses a high telecentric design, providing the best possible images for repetitive and precise machine vision image processing by visual engineers.
