Test content:

Dimensions of the workpiece, measure the distance between the end points of the workpiece spark plug, the distance between the tail end and the nut;

Detection speed: 0.4s per pcs;

Maximum detection accuracy up to μ-level.

Project introduction:

1. Trigger the camera to obtain and display images by detecting signals from external devices.

2. Users can set various parameters to make the system know a variety of basic information for detection, such as the number and position of the workpiece, size, gray value used for binarization and other information.

3. Carry out digital processing on the specified area of the image, extract the contour features of the workpiece, compare with the user's detection standards, and output the detection results.

4. Can communicate with PLC, robot and other equipment.
