Glass bottle defect detection based on machine vision technology mainly realizes the detection function of human eyes with the help of machine vision system, involving optical technology, electronic technology, image processing technology, mechanical automation technology and computer control technology. Glass bottle defect detection based on machine vision technology is to process and analyze the images collected by industrial cameras with the help of machine vision detection software, analyze the test results to generate specific report information, and use the results to control the production process and the movement of the object to be measured.

 

The machine vision system combined with the manipulator can eliminate defective glass bottles. When the glass bottle passes through the detection system, the above problems are not detected, and it will automatically enter the next detection link. If there is a problem with any of these tests, the system controls the bottle (manipulator) to carry out the grab and remove process and place the bottle into the waste tank.

 

Testing items of different parts of glass bottles:

 

Glass bottle mouth detection: there is no gap, crack defect on the surface of the bottle mouth;

 

Glass bottle body detection: whether the surface of the bottle is damaged or scratched;

 

Glass bottle bottom detection: there is no crack or damage on the bottom surface of the bottle.

 

Glass bottle mouth real-time detection function: Detect whether the glass bottle mouth in the glass bottle sample is defective, if the glass bottle is defective, the system automatically notifies the photoelectric sensor, and displays the defect in the detection image, and the robot immediately responds to grasp the defective glass bottle.

 

Glass bottle real-time detection function: Detect whether the glass bottle in the glass bottle sample is defective, if the glass bottle is defective, the system automatically notifies the photoelectric sensor, and displays the defect in the detection image, and the robot immediately responds to grasp the defective glass bottle.

 

Glass bottle bottom real-time detection function: Detect whether the glass bottle bottom in the glass bottle sample is defective. If the glass bottle is defective, the system automatically notifies the photoelectric sensor, and the defect is displayed in the detection image. The robot immediately responds and grabs the defective glass bottle.

 

Machine vision technology as a booming emerging technology, on the one hand to replace artificial vision, on the other hand to improve the flexibility and automation of production, the industry is more and more widely used.
