First, silicon wafer production

Silicon wafer is an important structural component of photovoltaic system, and its quality and output control directly affect the quality and cost of photovoltaic cells and modules. Machine vision detection technology can accurately detect defects, cracks, impurities, etc., on the surface of the silicon wafer, avoiding the shortcomings of manual detection, while greatly improving the detection efficiency, reducing the return rate and the amount of waste, and ultimately improving the efficiency and quality of silicon wafer production.

Second, battery production

In the process of cell production, the application of machine vision inspection technology is mainly concentrated in non-silicon cell industries such as dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) and organic solar cells (OSC). In the DSSC production process, the machine vision system can accurately judge the dye penetration and the current output of the battery through image recognition and analysis. This information can effectively predict the performance and life of the battery, and improve the quality and stability of the product.

Three, Component inspection

The application of machine vision inspection technology in component inspection is very extensive. Through the comprehensive inspection and analysis of the quality of components, it can effectively reduce the loss and risk caused by quality problems in the process of transportation and installation of components. In the off-line inspection of the component, the machine vision system can use the high-resolution CCD camera to photograph all the details of the component, and judge the appearance defects of the component and the hot spot of the battery. In the online inspection of the component, the machine vision system can monitor the current, voltage, temperature and other parameters of the component in real time, so as to discover and correct the fault of the component in time.
