Glass bottle defect visual inspection system

Inspection requirements:

1. Size detection (including bottle height, bottle body diameter, bottle mouth diameter, bottle mouth height, etc.)

2. Bottle appearance defects (including bubbles, impurities, folds, oil, etc.)

3. Bottle bottom defects (including uneven bottom, bottom thorns, bottom deviation, etc.)

4. Detection speed: 40,000 / hour, measurement accuracy: 0.01mm, defect accuracy: 0.05mm²

Project introduction:

1. The self-developed server software communicates with PLC and front-end detection machine to control, set and display relevant parameters and information.

2. Collect the image data captured by the camera, use professional image processing software to process, make the defects clear and obvious, detect the area size of the defects, position coordinates, gray value, etc., and output the detection result after analysis and processing.

3. Send the test results to the PLC signal control card to control the signal transmission between the encoder, sensor and waste solenoid valve.
