System Introduction
The imaging subsystem of the 3D inspection system is essentially composed of an array of laser rangefinders used to acquire cross-sectional data of the object being measured. The analysis subsystem reconstructs the entire three-dimensional information of the object under inspection using a set of cross-sectional data obtained in synchronization with the motion system encoders. The hardware of this system supports accuracy down to the micron level. Furthermore, the 3D inspection system software, carefully developed by our company, maximizes the performance of the hardware, offering true 3D modeling, genuine 3D spatial analysis, while still providing various high-performance 2D analysis tools and third-party analysis software interfaces. The system's software features a user-friendly interface, aiming to provide the best user experience. (The software also supports custom systems composed of general high-speed CMOS chips and laser line light sources.)
