2. The frame grabber sends a starting pulse to the camera or lighting equipment according to the program and delay preset by the designer, but there are also cameras and lighting equipment that start to start when the system is initialized;
3. The camera stops the current scan and restarts the new frame scanning; Sometimes the camera needs to be in a waiting state until the startup pulse arrives, and the startup pulse starts to scan in frames after the startup pulse arrives;
4. If the strategy used is the exposure strategy, then before the camera starts a new frame scanning, the exposure structure should be opened, and the exposure time should be set by the program or hardware according to your actual needs;
5. If the exposure strategy is used, the lighting should be turned on with another start-up pulse, especially to keep the start-up time matching the exposure time of the camera;
6. After the camera is exposed, the scanning and output of a frame of image will officially begin;
7. If the camera outputs an analog signal, the frame grabber converts the signal received from the camera into A/D to digitize it, and if the output is a digital signal, it saves the frame grabber things;
8. The frame grabber sends the image signal to the buffer, processor or computer memory for image processing and display;
9. The processor or computer processes, analyzes, and identifies the image to obtain measurement results or logic control quantities, and then processes them according to these results to control other devices (such as mechanical devices, etc.) to complete relevant actions and positioning. Correction of movement errors, e.g., correction of the position of the robot arm.
