In-Sight Vision System Application in Bumper Inspection

Due to the different colors of bumpers used for various vehicle models and standards, a quick and effective differentiation is necessary. However, traditional methods such as manual inspection and photoelectric sensors have limitations when it comes to efficiently integrating with fully automated automotive production lines. Therefore, there is a need to switch to the In-Sight Vision System, which offers higher automation capabilities.

Detection Results

Through testing conducted by engineers in the laboratory and on the production floor, we have found that the In-Sight 1100C color camera can effectively meet the requirements for color detection. Additionally, the rich data transfer capabilities of the In-Sight system allow seamless integration with the production line, enabling true automation in manufacturing.
