The positive and negative judgment of electronic components and their appearance are the check items that must be done before the strip braiding machine. At present, the method of manual inspection has the disadvantages of slow speed and high error rate.

System principle: 

The system uses the positive and negative images of the product with specific identification symbols as the judgment template image, intercepts the positive and negative images of the high-speed conveyor belt through the industrial camera, carries on the positive and negative matching judgment, outputs the OK or NG signal to the braid PLC, and uses the mechanical classification.
