The full-scale visual production of Mini LED product assembly line

Background Introduction

To support more than twenty stations in the pre-process of Mini LED BLU (Backlight Unit) at the factory, a visual system is provided (comprising high-precision alignment systems and AOI inspection systems with a total of 100 cameras), a code-reading and automated posting system (totaling 90 sets), and BC systems (totaling 50 sets). The first automated production line went into operation in September 2020, and it has been running steadily for 12 months.

After receiving the new order for Mini LED production with this entirely new process, Xinxiwang, leveraging its professional expertise and years of project experience, completed the setup of the visual system and software debugging within four days.

System Performance

 The system can rapidly respond to customer demands for software changes on-site, thus meeting the visual requirements after process changes during the trial production phase. This collaboration with customers facilitates the production ramp-up.
